Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (candles), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items unless they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if an error was made with your order. We take every precaution to ensure that our products are in perfect condition before shipping them to you.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue by offering one of the following options:

For international orders, we offer the same return and refund policy. However, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and customs duties or import taxes. Refunds will only cover the cost of the product, not the shipping fees or taxes.
